Decades of experience advising businesses, developing leaders, improving organizations, and helping owners turn strategy into action.
Marcy Rosenbaum began her career advising a small business in Greenbelt, Maryland, helping the company reach the Inc. 500 while navigating emerging technology.
Her career later included organizational development work on Wall Street, where Goldman Sachs recognized her work developing performance-management systems for teams operating under rapid change and competitive pressure.
She went on to lead consulting and organizational-development initiatives across corporate, nonprofit, and educational environments.
When Goldman Sachs launched the 10,000 Small Businesses program in Miami, Marcy returned to what she most enjoyed: working directly with small business owners. Over 10 years in the program, she worked with more than 700 business owners, helping them shape strategy, develop business plans, understand financial statements, and prepare compelling pitches.
Today, she works with a limited number of businesses through Your Business Advisor LLC.
